Imiola Voted Minors Junior Ballhawk of the Year
New York Ballhawk Earns Award After 318 Ball Season

As determined by a vote by Minor League ballhawks, Fourteen year old Quinn Imiola was voted the 2013 myGameBalls.com Minor League Junior Ballhawk of the Year. Imiola, from Buffalo, New York, snagged 318 balls this season over 51 games including 16 game home run balls. Attending most of his games at Coca-Cola Field, home of the Buffalo Bisons, Imiola averaged 6.24 balls per game and recorded 13 double-digit games. His high game for the season was 19 balls, a mark he reached twice during the season, once at Coca-Cola Field and once at Eastwood Field. He also currently boasts a streak of 50 consecutive games with at least one ball. Imiola led all vote-getters with 33 points, including seven first place votes and six second place votes. He edged out last year's winner and fellow Buffalo ballhawk, Danny C, who received six first place votes, six second place votes, and 1 third place vote for a total of 31 points. Danny C had another impressive season, averaging 322 balls and averaging 10.39 balls per game. Here's the full list of vote-getters:
